Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage management development programs and practices for specific business unit clients.
- Partner with business unit leaders to design and implement programs addressing critical business needs.
- Analyze and report on employee survey results to inform business decisions.
- Design and implement individual development plans for assigned business units or client groups.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees.

- Annual salary: $104,000 - $156,000.
- Annual bonus: 20%.
