The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for defining job roles, responsibilities, and levels within the organization, creating a structured framework for career progression. This role is critical for fostering career mobility and pay equity within the organization through the lateral and vertical movement of employees. The Talent Management Specialist identify, engage, develop, and retain talent within the organization. This role will provide the structure for aligning talent management programs and processes, i.e., succession planning and talent assessments.

Include but are not limited to:
- Streamline the current internal offer review and approval process by identifying parameters, including screening applicants and collecting feedback from hiring management.
- Track and analyze internal mobility metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate aspects of the company’s internal transitions and promotion process.
- Manage and review job requisitions process for all internal mobility initiatives.
- Standardize the job description process with HRBPs and hiring management.
- Refine the preliminary job leveling that have been completed to date by conducting a more thorough analysis of all job profiles.
- Identify similar responsibilities, skills, and knowledge requirements, and re-align current job profiles as necessary.
- Confirm or re-assign job levels based on complexity, decision-making authority, and impact on the organization.
- Create a structured career progression path within the job architecture, linking different levels with potential development opportunities.
- Identify career progression opportunities with the organization, including lateral and vertical career paths, within and across departments.
- Collaborate with HRBP’s to ensure career pathways are communicated throughout the organization.
- Clarify the job description creation process to ensure the Talent Acquisition team understands how to develop clear and concise job descriptions that outline expectations for each role.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes related to talent management.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.
- Serve as a resource to employees and managers on career development and mobility.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HRBusiness Partners and management to identify and address talent gaps in the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in the associated field or relevant work experience required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- 2-4 years of experience working in Talent Acquisition/HR role
- 2-4 years of experience working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state- respective employment laws.
- Experience working within a high-impact environment, directly interacting with the Sr. Leadership internally and with external clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to define and implement strategic priorities
- Strong ability to work cross-collaboratively with leadership teams, HR teams, and the Talent Acquisition department.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required

- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
