Position Summary :
Pepper Construction is looking for curious, driven, intelligent students with a passion for learning about the construction industry by putting classroom learning into practical day-to-day activities. Experience life as a general contractor by working on jobsites in Milwaukee or Madison areas. You will be paired with a Project Manager who serves as your mentor and be given opportunities to work on various aspects of project management, including processing submittals and take-offs, assisting with preparing budgets, attending job site / owner meetings, and much more. We are committed to exposing you to real life situations in the field and in the office. You will be involved in training sessions, jobsite tours, and learning about how we ensure safety is the number one priority. We give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience - the kind that you can only learn by doing.
