Position Summary
Pepper Construction Company is looking for qualified, intelligent student with a passion for learning about accounting. This individual will learn all about how project accounting works in the construction industry. We intend to expose you to real life situations and will get to participate in a full summer of events. This will include training sessions, jobsite tours and fun social events.
Accounting:
This internship will help our project accounting team with a variety of tasks, most notably assisting with Certified Payrolls.
- Tracking of certified payrolls Scanning of documents into CMiC
- Waiver packets
- Certified payroll packets
- Owner bills
- Owner bill backup
- Additional tasks as requested by the project accounting team
- Assisting our project teams with administrative tasks, including our Cost To Complete process.
- Organizing summary sheets in order according to the FN sheets
- Making copies of change orders, contracts etc. for cost to complete back-up
