Account Coordinator
Pepper Source, Ltd. is seeking a customer-centric professional to join our sales team in Rogers, AR, supporting customer sales analytics, scheduling, and operations.
Summary
Supports the Sales team by assisting with project management, data entry, and internal and external communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Management – Including email and vocal communication with customers
- Salesforce entry of tasks, accounts, and contacts.
- Forwarding internal documents to customers such as paperwork, quotes, etc.
- Completing customer paperwork
- Providing customers with project updates.
- Aiding customer service with order interpretation (product, pricing, etc.).
- Managing customer cases resulting from customer driven changes.
- Coordinating requests/samples between offices.
- Consolidating information needed for new account set up.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-5 years of marketing experience.
