Launcher Testing Technician

Job Summary:

PepperBall is seeking a Launcher Testing Technician with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards. In this role, you will perform standardized quality checks to ensure our products meet safety and performance requirements. Responsibilities include inspecting product appearance, confirming proper operation, test overall performance, and complete individual launcher performance reports. The ideal candidate can work independently, interpret technical information, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain company inspection reports.
• Inspect goods according to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure finished goods comply with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Calibrate and verify equipment is functioning properly.
• Report quality anomalies and defects to the Production Supervisor.
• Collect and document inspection data, and drafting quality reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality control procedures and product quality.
• Ensure quality control processes do not disrupt production flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned by PepperBall management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in product testing, inspection, or a related manufacturing.
• Strong visual awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with basic mathematical concepts and measurement tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage documentation.
• Experience with drafting reports and analyzing data is a plus.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, specifications, and quality standards is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
