Job Title : Food Preparation / Kitchen Assistant (Part Time or Full Time Available)
Job Description :
- Prep position’s goal is to get the store prepped and ready to serve as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- We do this by learning the most efficient ways to get product prepared, sliced, chopped, and portioned to be used throughout the day.
- This would include slicing and portioning meats, cheese, and veggies along with any other tasks required to get the store stocked and ready.
- In addition to Prep work the job entails assisting the Line Cooks with fulfilling kitchen orders during peak hours.
- Tasks include preparing sandwiches, Operating a Fryer, and bagging To Go Orders.
Shop hours- Monday-Wednesday 10am-3pm, Thursday-Saturday 10am-9pm CLOSED Sundays
