Summary
We are seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team at Peppino's Downtown Sports Lounge. In this role, you will play an essential part in our kitchen operations, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards while contributing to a fun and lively atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during peak hours.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking tools.
- Support inventory management by helping with stock rotation and reporting shortages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and food preparation.
