Purpose of Job: Responsible for all Plant Sanitation activity and 3rd Shift Production activity, including vacation help.
**

Job Duties:
- Supervises Sanitation and Production crews.
- Trains employees for both Sanitation and Production crews.
- Maintains sanitation documentation and record keeping..
- Monitors Clean In Place Processes.
- Monitors Production Processes.
- Prepares production lines for 1st shift production.
- Performs inventory control of cleaning materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have experience with conventional and reverse osmosis water systems and basic microbiology.
- Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure of a deadline.
- Good math and computer skills, leadership skills, and mechanical ability required.
- Must be willing to work third shift.
- Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly (67%-100%) required to sit.
- Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk.
- Must occasionally (0%-33%) climb, stand, and lift less than 50 pounds.
