GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Run any route for Pee Dee Food Service
- Learn all aspects of a route driver position including water and Office Coffee Service route
EXPERIENCE OR DEGREE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma or GED
- Route experience is recommended but not required
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED:
- South Carolina drivers license required with good driving record
- Must meet DOT standards
- DOT physical and drug screen required
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
- Handheld computer
- Hand truck
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Run assigned Pee Dee Food routes to Pee Dee Food Service standards.
- Service all customers as scheduled
- Maintain vending machines to company standards
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Must perform job at standard of Pee Dee Food Service
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
- Bending, Lifting and all physical activities related to running a route 30%
- Pushing / pulling hand truck 30%
- Walking 40%
- Stooping
