Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated, goal-driven leader to join our Manager in Training (MIT) Program in Marion, IL!
- Train and develop qualified personnel.
- Create and maintain employee schedules.
- Evaluate attendance, performance and development of each employee on a regular basis.
- Monitor all training progress for employees.
- Schedule training for employees on a regular basis with an emphasis on continued performance and development.
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people daily, build and maintain relationships, and network.
- Physical endurance, and the ability to be on feet, and travel as business dictates.
- Collaborate with colleagues from many different sectors of the Pepsi MidAmerica Team.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Analyze situations & problem solving
- Constant involvement with all activities in department
- Regular training, evaluation, and development of personnel
- Create & manage relationships with customers of Pepsi MidAmerica
- Represent Pepsi MidAmerica in a positive manner at all times
Qualifications:
- 2 years of management experience required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred (4 years of management experience may be considered in place of a degree)
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing/editing reports
Pay & Perks:
$50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience & location)
