Summary
Per Sé Group is hiring a Contract Administrator for a long-term contract assignment with our premier gas and electricity client in Harrah, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance for projects in excess of $100M each.
- Tracks Owner and Contractor deliverables necessary to administer the EPC contract.
- Assists Project Controls department with forensic analysis of contractor schedules and invoices.
- Serves as point person for Change Order evaluation, routing, and approval
- Responsible for coordinating flow of construction documents (Contracts, Change Orders, Owner, Contractor, Vendor and Subcontractor liens, Insurance Certificates). Ensure
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Strong energy experience, managing small and large subcontracts
- Full life cycle contract management, inception through negotiations through selections through KPI review, risk mitigation through construction execution through close out. warranty, claims experience needed
- Ability to successfully interact with key executives, external and internal customers.
- Prior experience negotiating 3rd party contracts.
- SAP experience is a plus but not required
The pay range for this role is $60-70/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
