Machine Shop QC Supervisor First Shift

Summary

Per Se Group has an excellent job opportunity for a CNC Machine Shop QC Supervisor to work with our reputable client. In this role, you will provide quality control oversight, ensuring the production of high-quality parts. You will also be responsible for working safely, efficiently, and productively. This position is a contract to hire, first shift position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday through Friday. You will be working with a well-established company in industrial manufacturing with great opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement Quality Control Systems: Create and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and programs to ensure products or services meet established standards.
• Conduct Inspections and Testing: Perform inspections and tests on products or services at various stages of production to identify potential issues.
• Analyze Data and Identify Trends: Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of problems, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with other departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met and to address any quality issues that arise.
• Train and Support Staff: Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Investigate Customer Complaints: Investigate customer complaints related to product or service quality and implement corrective actions.
• Document and Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
• Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Develop and Maintain Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards for products or services.
• Monitor Operations: Monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards.
• Recommend Adjustments: Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspect, Test, or Measure Materials: Inspect, test, or measure materials.
• Measure Products: Measure products with CMM,calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Romer Arm training : Certificate preferred
  
  

The pay range for this role is $20-28/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire and schedule type).
