A leading Milwaukee-area commercial general contractor is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up commercial construction projects with budgets $10M - $50M . Light industrial and multifamily project experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans
- Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
- Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Maintain project documentation
- Adhere to project scope and budget
- 5 years experience of Construction Project Management
- Broad commercial projects $10M - $50M
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
