Summary
Per Sé Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our client, North America’s premier supplier and servicer of lasers, EDMs, press brakes and fabrication and milling equipment. Founded in 1978, our client has more than 430 employees in North America and is a part of a global corporation, serving industries including aerospace, automotive, mold and die, job shops, medical and energy. In this role, you will be mining top talent across several platforms and will support our client’s aggressive hiring goals. Your work will be critical in building pipelines of talent for every function across their organization including field service and sales roles.
Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting
- Create relationships and build rapport with hiring managers
- Maintain ADP Recruitment Module
- Conduct outreach to candidates within job boards, Indeed and ADP
- Conduct phone interviews to screen potential candidates
- Facilitate phone, video and in-person interviews
- Follow up with vendors on candidate correspondence
- Devise new ways to attract candidates through creative and innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain contacts with schools and other public organizations or job fairs
- Create and maintain job descriptions
- Travel as necessary not to exceed 10%
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of best recruitment practices
- Ability to conduct Boolean searches
- Knowledge of ATS and job boards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Must have a strong understanding and awareness of the sensitivity and importance of human resources processes and be able to operate with discretion, confidentiality and a sense of urgency.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain credibility, trust and rapport with staff at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities in a consistent manner.
The pay range for this role is $35-$38/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
