Technology is constantly changing and our adversaries are digitally exceeding law enforcement’s ability to keep pace. Those charged with protecting the United States are not always able to access the evidence needed to prosecute crime and prevent terrorism. The Government has trusted in Peraton to provide the technical ability, tools, and resources to bring criminals to justice. In response to this challenge, Peraton is seeking a talented Certified Scrum Master/Team Coach in support of a mission critical system. The position will be onsite in Washington D.C. with some tele-working flexibility.
What you’ll do…
- Work day-to-day with Agile teams to facilitate their delivery and remove impediments.
- Manage, coach, and mentor teams.
- Align multiple teams with different agile methodologies to ensure a quality software product and customer satisfaction.
- Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Assist team to hold one another accountable to each other and their commitments.
- Act as the champion of the team’s processes, and aim to foster empowerment, collaboration, and team ownership of actions and decisions.
Qualifications
- Active TS clearance .
- You’ve spent ten (10) or more years experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements .
- You have five (5) or more years of experience as the Scrum Master of a development team.
- You know how to use the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
- You have experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management.
- You have experience working with and managing expectations of multiple Product Owners.
- You have experience with teaching technical teams basic to advanced Agile concepts including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
- You are have a Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM).

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Salary : $104,000 - $166,000
