Responsibilities
Position is for Senior-level Project Integrator supporting executive-level customer overseeing global enterprise. The candidate will work closely with executive leaders developing communication strategies, messaging themes and dissemination channels advancing the organization towards its strategic goals, draft blogs, online articles, newsletters, e-mails, information graphics, scripts, and other products that engage the workforce, communicate leadership guidance, supports outreach with partners and stakeholders, and relays a variety of information of interest to target audiences.
Duties:
- Synchronize communication activities with the parent office and lateral stakeholders ensuring complementary and consistent messaging
- Ensure coordination and information flow between Front Office, Stakeholders, and organizational managers
- Participates in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars (e.g. workshops, inter and intra district committees, seminars, conferences, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions
- Prepares a wide variety of often complex materials (e.g. impact reports, special projects, workforce information, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and issues, meeting compliance requirements, providing references, making presentations, and/or providing supporting materials for requested actions
- Gather, analyze, translate, and compose technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical staff
- Develop and manage Sponsor intranet presence, including publishing content and overseeing look, feel and navigation and maintaining freshness of content
- Design page layouts and templates for newsletters, brochures, analytic and financial reports, and manage all communications geared towards engaging and informing internal customers
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required
- BA/BS and 8 years of experience; Masters and 6 years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience with technical writing styles for executive level communications
- Ability to work in a team environment, and independently identify and resolve challenges
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and on a team
Strong attention to detail, prioritization and multitasking
Expert level proficiency with the MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite applications (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office products Visio
Experience dealing with complex situations in a fast-paced environment
Occasional travel within WMA
Familiarity with Joomla, WordPress, and other web publishing platforms
Occasional travel within WMA
Working knowledge of Tableau and other visualization tool

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Salary : $135,000 - $216,000
