Responsibilities
Peraton seeks an experienced, proactive Manager and Systems Integrator to support an organization's front office. The candidate will provide administrative and business operations support to enable a fast-paced customer mission. Responsibilities include general support of day-to-day business management activities, meeting logistics and facilitation, event planning, correspondence and impact reports, action tracking and governance board facilitation. The SI will also be responsible for maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub-sites. The position will report to the Customer Chief of Staff.
Manager Role:
- Serve as the program representative for the resource center team ranging in size from 1 to 10 employees at any given time
- Recruit internal employees and/or external candidates interested in upgrading their security clearance, and work the Program Manager and Customer for sponsorship approval
- Hold regular events which allow resource center employees to be engaged with the program, and help to prepare them for what they can expect when they come onboard
- Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Compile monthly status to the Program Manager
- Support employee on-boarding as well as employee mentoring and support as needed
SI Role:
- Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office
- Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution
- Develop executive-level reports, briefings and dashboards
- Translate organizational priorities into business processes, including:
- Portfolio management support
- Process design, documentation and implementation
- Governance design, documentation and implementation
- Other ad hoc tasking as required
Qualifications
Required:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
- Experience with programmatic activities
- Experience supporting communications efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc.
- Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
- Experience planning Customer events
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior Customer experience across the organization
- Experience supporting senior level management
- Experience working across organizational boundaries
- Confluence/SharePoint/Hive proficient user

Target Salary Range
