Responsibilities
The Service Desinger- UX / UI will be responsibile for the following day-to-day duties : The UI / UX Lead conducts user research, analysis and synthesis, persona development, interaction design, and usability testing to create products that delight end users
Applies Human-centered design principles to create User Interface elementsEnsures the overall user experience, facilitates, and enables user outcomes in an intuitive mannerThe UI / UX Lead may be a member of the Contract Management Team or a member of an Agile Development Team

- Qualifications
Required Expertise : 5 years with BS / BA; 3 years with MS / MA; 0 years with PhD
Minimum of 5 years' experience designing complex service design systems for multiple touchpoints projects5 years of experience in service design, user experience design, or related fields5 years of combined professional service design, CX, and / or UX experienceDemonstrated experience developing user experiences in large-scale software development projectsDemonstrated experience performing user research, to include designing and delivering surveys, conducting user interviews, and compiling data gained from these activitiesDemonstrated experience using design thinking, Agile concepts and practices, and product management principles to develop customer focused software productsExperience with visual design / interaction design creating and implementing user interfaces based on user data gatheringStrong understanding of current quantitative and qualitative user analysis techniquesAbility to use web analytics to understand user flows, behaviors, and burdenAbility to suggest metrics and perform analysis on user data to optimize digital experiences for customersAbility to draft user flows from start to finish with technical inputAbility to create and evaluate low-fidelity versions of their ideas before implementing themAbility to bring relevant people together to help them understand the user's goal and establish a common goalAbility to plan and execute system mapping, customer journeys, scenarios and service specificationsAnalyze research data identifying and generating meaningful insights and behavioral patternsWork closely with visual designers contributing to the improvement of the design quality and final user experienceCollaborate with design lead, product owners and leaders to drive product strategy and the development roadmapStrong knowledge of user-centered design processes and passionate about solving complex Service and UX challengeStrong background in service and strategic designStrong skills in conducting and synthesizing research, insights and findingsStrong skills in structuring and visualizing journey maps, service ideation, concept communication and specification with skills in visual and interaction designPrior portfolio showcasing design solutions and strategic approache.Ability to facilitate workshops and set design sprintsKnowledge of agile approaches and techniquesAbility to communicate effectively with different audiencesA solid competency in storytelling and public speaking.
