SAVANNAH SHOP MANAGER
We're looking for a fantastic human excited to lead a team of dedicated baristas and create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects our passion for awesome coffee and next-level hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, ensure high standards of coffee preparation, and, most importantly, cultivate a customer-first mindset across the entire team. Your leadership will drive us on our collective mission to share good times and awesome coffee with people at every step of their journey.
What you’ll do:
- Lead with kindness and hospitality
- Creating a welcoming environment for guests and team
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and waste monitoring
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
- Create schedules in accordance with shop-specific needs and labor goals.
- Act as shift coverage when other options are unavailable
- Handle labor management, payroll, and compliance with regulations
- Conduct annual performance reviews
- Manage employee professional development
- Facilitate employee counseling, development, and feedback
- Collaborate with lead barista to improve training, menus, and workflows
- Maintain shop cleanliness, equipment maintenance
- Maintain food safety compliance
- Track performance data and implement shop-specific SOPs
- Collaborate with other managers to share best practices
- Perform all duties required of baristas
- Uphold PERC’s mission and values in their work

- Have at least one year of specialty coffee experience

- Participate in quality assurance of products, including tasting espresso
Job Requirements:
- Have specialty coffee and barista experience for a minimum of one year
- Leadership or management experience, kitchen experience is a plus
- We hire for shop manager positions as available
- Full-time salaried position - 5 days/week,
- Weekend availability required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 annually
