Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office communications and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, to support efficient data retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial record keeping when required.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in other administrative roles.
