Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer inquiries regarding services, hours of operation, and company policies.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Administrative Duties:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments, maintain calendars, and schedule meetings.
- Process check-ins/check-outs for guests or clients, as applicable.
- Maintain and update records in the company database.

Facility Management:
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Monitor and restock office supplies and inform management of inventory needs.
- Collaborate with other departments for facility needs, such as maintenance or IT support.
Qualifications and Skills
