Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager at Perceptyx , you'll play a key role in positioning our software products for marketplace success. You'll be the vital link between product, marketing, and sales , transforming technical capabilities into compelling messaging that resonates with our target customers. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product management, marketing, consulting, sales, and customer success teams to ensure they have the insights and tools needed to drive product adoption and revenue growth. Essential Duties : Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis. Create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials for diverse audiences. Lead product launches from planning to execution, coordinating across product, sales, and marketing teams. Support sales teams with tools, training, and competitive intelligence to drive revenue growth. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to maintain market advantage for their product(s). Manage relationships with key stakeholders including product teams, sales, and customers. Education / Desired Skillsets : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3 years of product marketing experience in the B2B software industry. Proficient in tools such as Salesforce (our CRM), HubSpot, or similar marketing and sales enablement platforms. Proficient in digital workplace tools such as Slack, Google Docs, Monday, or similar. Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns. Experience in go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, win-loss programs, and buyer persona development. Solid analytical and project management capabilities. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. Solid interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits. Creative problem-solving abilities. A willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Compensation : Perceptyx is focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The annual salary range for the role is  $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 . The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills / experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic / office location.
