- Overseeing Customer Programs: Leading development initiatives from inception through to successful completion.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with the following competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Strong time management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor processes and technologies, including photolithography, etching, CVD, PVD, and metrology.
- Familiarity with systems such as NetSuite or Oracle PLM is a plus.
- A proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher (an MBA is preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in account and/or program management, ideally within the semiconductor or related sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales, or related roles.
