The Application Support Specialist provides administrative support by assisting with data entry and management of the CityVerse application. The Application Support Specialist helps keep the application running reliably, ensures that data is secure, and gives users the tools and education needed to input and export accurate data. This job requires working closely with the members of multiple teams, experience working with Microsoft Office products, and an understanding of data entry best practices.

- Primary point of contact for users via helpdesk, email, and phone for database related questions or issues
- Troubleshooting user reported issues
- Coordinate with the application product support departments on outstanding issues
- Escalate enhancement requests to internal personnel for approval
- Assist with testing and approving application enhancements
- Manage application structure and setup for clients and projects
- Import and export data as needed for projects
- Assist in train users on how to use the application and proper data entry, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- May be required to travel for business reasons such as trainings or meetings as needed.
