What are the responsibilities and job description for the Right of Way Project Coordinator - (Hybrid) - Houston Texas position at Percheron Operating?
Percheron is currently looking for a Right of Way Project Coordinator that is local to the surrounding Houston Texas area.
Candidate will have the ability to work remote and commute to Percheron Corporate office on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for the development of budgets and schedules related to right-of-way and real estate acquisitions.
- Serves as the lead for development and monitoring of quality control processes to insure timely execution of projects.
- May serve as a single point of contact at times on project control related items.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing project reports indicating the production status that identifies production performance, dashboard indicating earned value of schedule performance and cost performance, and risk for all aspects of small, medium or large projects.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing portfolio reports indicating overall project performance based on schedule and budget performance, and associated risk.
- Effectively use established company and client policies, procedures, and processes to perform work.
- Maintains up-to-date status with designated Right of way agent or project manager/supervisor to ensure the assignment is completed following the client's procedures.
Job Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field.- Must have a minimum of four years of experience in an office environment.
- Working knowledge of applicable laws, rules, regulations, right of way policies, procedures, terminology, and right of way/real property acquisition policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of various land-related contracts and agreements for construction, operation, and maintenance of existing and new facilities, including but not limited to, fee simple, rights-of-way, leases, temporary workspace agreements, licenses, permits, ordinances, and franchise agreements with the ability to complete right of way transactions independently.
- Ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be customer-focused.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with others.
- Exercises good judgment and has experience handling confidential information.
- Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
- Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
- Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
Salary : $64,600 - $81,800
