Key Responsibilities :
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engaging conversation
Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
Administer medication reminders and monitor changes in clients conditions
Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid Illinois drivers license and reliable transportation
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Negative TB test and / or health screening as required by Illinois regulations
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Prior caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
