A Server at Percy will succeed at supporting the entire team by maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant and being invested in our Core Values:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with every facet of restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience
Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant
Communicate with other servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, and special requests
Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant
Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
Assist with bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant’s standards
Assist as bar-back when needed
Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions with point-of-sale system
Handle guest concerns by listening; informing a manager; and helping to resolve issues
Support team members including leadership
Execute effective communication skills
Exude positive attitude under stress
Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
Ability to execute follow-through
