Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee operations for two properties, driving occupancy and managing lease-ups
- Work on-site 3-4 times per week to support and lead on-site teams and address challenges
- Manage financials, including budgeting and expense management
- Develop vendor relationships, manage renovations, and maintain compliance across the region
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of Regional Manager experience
- Strong understanding of financials, RealPage experience preferred

Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
