The ideal candidate will collaborate with brokers, developers, property owners, and city officials to identify and purchase land for residential development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and organize land acquisition leads.
- Respond to new leads with initial plans and inquiries.
- Conduct title and municipal research for potential land.
- Facilitate meetings with sellers or their representatives.
- Gather and relay property information, seller demands, and terms to management.
- Prepare letters of intent for transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with land developers, brokers, and landowners.
- Underwrite and analyze financial aspects of development opportunities.
