Peregrine Team is hiring for an Assistant Operations Manager in Elmsford, NY. This position is a full-time, contract-to-hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.
$28 - $34/hour
Job Duties:
- Assign personnel to the daily work schedule
- Respond appropriately and timely to client requests and concerns
- Oversee the implementation of operations training programs for the branch
- Manage quality assurance functions within the branch office
- Perform job evaluations in the field to ensure service quality
- Maintain operations equipment, vehicles, and the branch office environment
- Order uniforms for personnel, PPE, and office supplies as required
- Train and orient new employees in accordance with company standards
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
- At least 2 years of experience in a field supervisory role (Required)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring payroll accuracy and data entry precision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Work Environment:
- Varied commercial and industrial environments
- Exposure to dust, grease, fumes, and chemicals
- Moderate noise levels
- May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working from ladders
