What to Expect as a Dinner Service Front of House Associate
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging guests as they enter the restaurant
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including cleaning and bussing tables
- Input order into POS
- Handle cash and electronic payments
- Ensure displays are properly stocked and maintained
- Assist with stocking and merchandising products
- Learn and become familiar with the full menu offerings
- Confidently recommend items off the menu to guests
- Assist in running food and drinks
- Complete closing and opening tasks
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company
About You
- Ability to work at least one weekend day
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time
