Schedule
Must be able to work weekends and swing shifts. Must be able to commute to our Nashville, TN production facility and cafe when needed.
What to Expect as a Regional Front of House Manager
- Lead the Front of House team by guiding them, assigning tasks, and continuously auditing performance to maintain high standards
- Deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting while keeping the energy high for both guests and employees
- Handle any customer concerns with a warm and diplomatic approach
- Organize and post staff schedules
- Screen and hire Front of House staff
- Lead engaging training sessions for new team members
- Foster open, supportive communication with guests, co-workers, and management to ensure a collaborative environment
- Provide positive and constructive feedback daily and weekly
- Conduct performance reviews
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when needed
- Partner with the Maintenance team to ensure smooth supply deliveries
- Oversee weekly deposits and work with the Operations team for bank runs and change requests
- Ensure opening and closing duties are completed to standards
- Build and refresh product displays, ensuring everything is stocked, arranged, and organized
- Keep retail areas stocked
- Maintain inventory and order products as needed
- Double-check all coffee and alcohol orders to ensure accuracy of orders
- Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations
- Manage and review sales records and cash receipts
- Motivate and uplift your team, recognizing their hard work and achievements.
- Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company
About You
- At least 2 years of experience leading Front of House teams
- Outstanding communication skills
- Highly skilled in multitasking, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Ability to foster collaboration
- Self-starter
- Adaptable and flexible
- Willingness to learn and to teach
- Collaborative and willing to assist whenever necessary

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Must be able to stay on feet for prolonged periods of time
