Home Health Account Executive – Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties
Location: Field-based in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, FL

We're expanding our reach and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Account Executive to grow our referral base in key territories.
Position Summary:
As our Account Executive, you’ll be the face of our agency in the field—building, nurturing, and growing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare professionals. Your role is to educate referral sources about our services, generate referrals, and support the intake process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the assigned territory
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources
- Educate providers on home health services and eligibility criteria
- Follow up with referral partners to ensure patient care coordination
- Meet and exceed monthly referral and admission goals
- Track referral activity and provide regular reporting
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient onboarding
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home health or healthcare sales
- Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and home health eligibility
- Proven success in growing territories and building provider relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
