What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager position at Perfect Circuit?
We are looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media best practices, content creation, and engagement tactics. You will work closely with our content and product management teams to create compelling social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Create and schedule content across social media platforms
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments while adhering to a consistent brand voice
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content relevant.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
- Collaborate with the content team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
WHAT TO BRING
- BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2 years of experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with online communities.
- Experience in the Music or Music Technology/Instrument space is highly preferred
- Ability to navigate the Meta ads dashboard and create and schedule paid campaigns
- Experience with social media management tools (Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative and engaging content.
