Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level VoIP Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support for VoIP systems and have the potential to assist with MSP Help Desk support. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for VoIP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP devices and services.
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and track issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the help desk system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in VoIP and MSP support.
- Assist with MSP Help Desk support tasks as needed, including troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or coursework in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of VoIP technology and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems is a plus.
