Perfection Commercial Services has been in business since 1991, and we are looking for a professional and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic and expanding commercial cleaning team as a Site Lead Custodian in the Lansing area.
Our Site Lead is responsible for coverage and detail work when needed of their assigned building.
This position will be responsible for one building leading a team of 5-7 team members. The lead custodian will take complete ownership of the building and cover cleaning services when custodial absences take place.

- Wears all necessary personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety regulations based on client recommendations.
- Has working knowledge in all major areas of custodial maintenance, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
