Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Partner to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the executive search and temporary staffing industries, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their executive search and temporary staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of search assignments and temporary staffing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and results.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Will consider years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the executive search or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the executive search and temporary staffing processes and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commission Structure :

  • Base Commission Rate : 10-20% of the revenue generated from new client contracts.
  • Tiered Commission : Additional 5% for exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
  • Bonus Commission : One-time bonus of 10% for securing contracts with high-value clients (e.g., contracts worth over $100,000).
  • Recurring Commission : 5% of the revenue from repeat business with existing clients for the first year.
