- Performs clerical and administrative duties for the FOG / POOL / FOOD program
- Answer incoming calls, process payments, enter complaints, scan manifests, file, reconcile payments, and other duties as assigned
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills, focused customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving skills as a requirement
- No driving is required on this assignment
- Performs other duties as assigned
