Job Summary : The Brand Promise Clerk is responsible for maintaining communication between shipping / loading, and manufacturing teams. The BPC will emphasize our "no headaches" promise to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain effective communication with various departments on load / material status.
- Proactively address any material or delay issues with sales teams.
- Resolve problems regarding load completion, driver delays, material delays, etc.
- Coordinate load pick up times with transportation and shipping.
- Provide thorough status updates to sales teams and customers as requested.
