What Youll Do:

As our Full Desk Recruiter, youll be hands-on in every part of the recruiting journey, from finding and engaging new clients to identifying and placing exceptional talent. We need someone who isnt afraid to think big and wear multiple hatssomeone who can handle the entire desk with confidence, drive, and a positive attitude. Heres how youll make an impact:

Your Day-to-Day:

Build and Cultivate Client Relationships:

• Reach out, connect, and build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their unique needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights on hiring trends and creative solutions to meet their staffing needs.
• Provide the kind of personal, consultative service that shows clients theyre not just a number to us.

Candidate Sourcing and Placement:

• Actively source, screen, and match candidates for direct hire roles, bringing in talent that aligns not only with the job but also with each companys culture and goals.
• Manage the full candidate experience, from the first conversation to the job offer, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
• Use creative sourcing tactics and your own network to uncover the best candidates in the industry.

Business Development & Strategy:

• Think strategically about ways to grow our client base, whether through direct outreach, industry events, or partnerships.
• Have the drive and independence to go beyond basic recruitment tasks and seek out new business opportunities.
• Take ownership of your desk as if it were your own small business within the agency, aiming to exceed revenue and placement targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
