- Ping Identity Suite - On-Premise and PingOne / PingOne Advanced Services
- User Journey Orchestration / Flow Design & Configuration
- REST API development / integration
- Create Runbooks, Integration Playbooks for Operations Teams
- Programming (Java, JavaScript)
- Directory / LDAP - Schema Design / Configuration
- Writing & Validating Test Cases
- SAML, Oauth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO Standards / Protocols
- Lite Front-End Development (e.g., React)
- Git-ops Tools (e.g., GitLab, Terraform, Docker)
- IT Troubleshooting & Operations - Application, System, Network, Database, Logs (Splunk)
