Job description : Role : UX Design AuthorLocation : Hybrid 3 days in Charlotte, NCContract : Only W2Our UX team supports the design efforts for our financial client. You will work with a talented team to combine creative concepts and designs with cutting-edge technologies to create innovative customer experiences. You should have a strong eye for excellence in digital design and will work closely with web usability, content management, technology, analytics, accessibility, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer-driven design direction. You should be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standard. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. You should also be solutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and make quick creative changes based on feedback from the project owners.
Job Responsibilities :
Execute high quality page authoring under the direction of the UX Design Director and Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM) UX ManagerCreate and prepare digital assets for page authoringAdherence to our design standards and brand guidelinesShould have a bold vision for excellence in web design and will work closely with designers, content management, technology, marketing, and LOB leaders to create a unified, customer driven design directionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolutions oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditionsPartner across related disciplines including, usability, design, content management, and web development to meet the objectives of every business engagement.Strong competency in responsive and adaptive strategies for web design
Mandatory Skills
2-4 years of experience as a designer / AEM author at an agency, retail or financial services institution or large ecommerce siteAdvanced experience in Adobe Experience Manager requiredWorking knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch AppBest-practices knowledge of W3C and other web design standardsDemonstrated understanding of usability / user-centered design, UX methodology, interactive design principles, and corporate brandingMust be highly innovative and inspire commitment to a higher standardMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be solutions-oriented with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing requirements and conditionsAssociates Degree or equivalent work experience
