- Possess thorough knowledge of Perficut’s Best Practices leading and performing by its standards
- Coordinate all materials, equipment, and crew members to produce high-quality work
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and account managers to ensure needs are met
- Ensure established policies, regulations, and procedures are followed to provide a safe and efficient working environment
- Estimate, manage, and monitor project budgets effectively
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Communicate professionally with team members, account managers, and clients
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- 3 years of management experience in landscape construction or related field
- 2- or 4-year degree in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or related field preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail
- Experience managing a departmental budget and job costing
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
