Position Summary:

Perforce is seeking an Associate Business Systems Administrator to join our dynamic Business Applications team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience administering and configuring Salesforce and other business applications, a love for learning new tools, and a customer-oriented mindset to support our valued business stakeholders. As a junior member of this team, you will partner with more senior admins to support our end users and enhancements across our Salesforce environment and the broader ecosystem of business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end user support requests including troubleshooting access and permissions, reports & dashboards, and data hygiene
• Own user setup and day-to-day administration tasks for the business applications in our portfolio
• Partner with senior members of the team on larger system projects and integrations
• Document repeatable processes for team knowledge base
• Support training and enablement for business stakeholders
• Configure the back end of Salesforce, including fields, layouts, pages, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, etc
• Aid in ad hoc and routine data updates and hygiene tasks to ensure ongoing cleanliness
• Follow standard SDLC processes and change management for system updates
  
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a hands-on administrator of business applications, including Salesforce
• Experience working with end users to troubleshoot and enable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented, curious, and aptitude for problem-solving
• Salesforce Admin and App Builder certifications are a plus, but not required
