Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our ABA programs, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource allocation, and effective team coordination. This position will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our ABA programs, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to clients.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling for ABA therapists, ensuring adequate coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors and Directors to ensure the seamless integration of clinical and operational processes.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and licensing requirements, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising service quality.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, families, and external stakeholders regarding operational issues.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the operational team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in a healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA-related field.
- Strong understanding of ABA therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and ABA-specific software.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
