Installer / Construction - Specialized Acoustical Products

Job Description

Performance Acoustics is a specialty interior contractor. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated people with basic construction knowledge or with a strong desire to learn. Qualified applicants will need reliable transportation a valid driver’s license, and the ability to be out of town for several days in a row. Our projects are located throughout the Southeast.

Construction experience is NOT required, but the applicant should possess good mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• As a New Installer you will be expected to
• Learn installation techniques
• Install various acoustical products correctly and according to plans
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Work with the team to resolve technical issues related to installations
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
  
  

Requirements:

• Light Construction - preferred
• Safe operation of hand tools including drills, impact drivers and circular saws
• Working in a team environment
• Working under a deadline
• Proficiency with the safe operation of various power tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to accurately use a tape-measure
• Basic mechanical aptitude
