We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Computer Specialist to join our team full-time. The perfect candidate should have a strong passion for current technology, gaming, and emerging trends, along with the skillset to repair desktops and laptops and build custom gaming desktops. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for selling products, setting up new PC systems, and providing services, while assisting in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues within our retail store.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Suggestive Selling : Understand and cater to your clients wants and needs, providing personalized recommendations.
Inventory Management : Assist and help oversee and maintain stock levels, ensuring products are accurately ordered tracked and organized.
CRM Data Entry and Follow-Up : Manage (CRM) system data, ensuring timely entry, updates, and follow-ups to enhance customer experience.
Workflow Management : Efficiently manage and streamline the workflow, coordinating jobs / tasks and processes to ensure smooth operation and productivity.
Requirements :
Technical Expertise : Proficiency in repairing desktops and laptops, as well as building custom gaming desktops.
Organizational Abilities : Strong skills in inventory management and CRM data entry, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Sales and Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in sales and customer service is highly recommended.
Knowledge of Current Tech Standards : Familiarity with the latest technology trends, gaming market, and relevant programs.
