- Provide day-to-day HR administration support, including full employee lifecycle processes and HR projects.
- Maintain electronic personnel records and HRIS databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as a Benefits Specialist, handling employee benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Audit carrier bills and employee payroll deductions to ensure accuracy.
- Support the HR Director in completing benefits renewal processes and Open Enrollments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or Payroll, with exposure to benefits administration.
