Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated Field Engineer for its Seattle operations based in Moses Lake, WA. This individual will:
- Input project information into Excel and Bluebeam.
- Create and manage punch lists.
- Assist with the preparation of RFI's and submittals.
- Assist with managing labor control on the project.

- Assist in preparation of quantity take-offs for material ordering.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and correspondence.
- Track and cost-value material handling and purchasing.
Pay range: $25-35/hr
This position is safety-sensitive.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 1 year professional work experience as a Project Assistant, Project Manager, or similar.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline, or comparable work experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrates strong work ethic through previous internships or work experience
- Displays proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Possesses organizational skills
- Willingness to take initiative
- Exhibits strong customer service skills and an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Track record of meeting project deadlines
- Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge within the construction industry
- Experience with invoicing/accounting functions is a plus
- Working knowledge of Box and Bluebeam preferred
- Local to the Bellingham area
